According to CONSERVATIVE Glen Beck, American Samoa has NEVER been covered by U.S. minimum wage laws because the cost of living is so much lower there than on the mainland U.S.

So basically Nancy Pelosi didn't change a damn thing and once again Republicans are all smoke and no fire.

So what do you think, is this another political smear tactic? Even conservative Glenn Beck seems to think so and the FACTS are on his side.

Of course it is, that's all it ever was. For someone as diabolicaaly clever as Nancy Pelosi is, don't you think she WOULD have made the minimum wage in American Samoa the same as America if there were the SLIGHTEST chance it could come back to bite her backside?

Republicans seem to have nothing but fear, hate and lies to sell anymore. They brand war heros "cowards", they lie about WMDs, the lies have gotten so thick, how many of Bush's original cabinet are still in office? How many have resigned in disgust? Or are these fellow Republicans just "flip-floppers"? Had this been a Democrat President with this many defections in his cabinet, Republicans would be SCREAMING for impeachment.

Glen is right that Samoa has never been covered.Other territories have always been exempt too but were covered in this bill. She is guilty of collusion. She would not have folded on the bill if she were innocent.
