I feel that he is taken us for some fools and I do not know us as the people along with congress is letting him get away with it. I rather have had President (you know who) get away with getting pleasure with a young woman then have this man kill our young people, while the only thing they are thinking about is serving our country. I just don't think it is right. Can someone explain this to me?

It seems as though the Palestinians were taught this. If something doesn't go your way, go bomb someone or something. This mentality didn't go away with all this Palestinian in-fighting. People will try to excuse this away but when truth stares you in the face, these is little you can do or say!

My daughter who is 18 and from texas was arrested last Thursday for possesion of a controlled substance, xanax (zanex) less than 18 grams a class A misdemeanor 1.) I was wondering why they can be legally purchased over the internet without a prescription for the exact same thing she had in her possesion?
2.) there were 2 other boys that were arrested that was with her for unpaid traffic tickets as well and the driver of the car was not arrested. None of them were read their rights at anytime. They were all three questioned as to whom they were purchased from and my daughter was stripped searched as well. They were allowed no phone calls until they were booked in questioned, searched, printed, pictured etc 6 hours later. Is that legal for them to do?

First, it was nothing but a mutual something for coal and steel. Now, they dictate everything: the constitution, the monetary unit, the privatization of public services, fishing, everything. Now that they have achieved this, Merkel wants to expand rules as to acquire even more power. I am afraid that the EU will grow too strong to contain, and that they will become even more dominant towards their citizens. Soon, Eurosceptics like me will be tried and put in jail. The constitution is the worst step yet, as they force everyone into it. What do you think, is the EU necessary or the new USA ??

I was astounded to learn that 5 of the gitmo prisoners who were 'arrested' kidnapped from Bosnia over 5 yrars ago were actually Bosnians. The crime according to the US officials was that they made threatening phone calls against the US and UK embassies in Bosnia.
Now don't get me wrong if your a guy in Afghanistan for example carrying around a Klashnikov firing at US or Affi allies, get caught and are in Gitmo, tough.
But an indeterminate (life) sentance in prison for a phone call?
I'm a UK citizen but even I have an issue with this.
America it's about time you stood up here isn't it?

I live in Indiana. Like many states, it seems to me that Indiana defines "gambling" in terms of games of chance, but not in contests of skill or ability. I have noticed that local pubs often have pool or dart tournaments where contestants pay to enter and can win the pot. Am I correct in concluding that these tournaments are allowed in these games because they are games of skill? So, if this is allowed on a tournament level, then it should be allowed for an individual contest as well, correct?

Muslims who claim they were racially profiled by Northwest Airlines and refused boarding are currently suing Northwest airlines and calling for a boycott. The majority of people flying are non-Muslim and this makes me wonder, will non-Muslims be more or less likely to fly Northwest during the boycott?

This is an important issue because it could mean that the boycott could have exactly the opposite effect of what the organizers were hoping for. If the results are opposite it could start a trend that could create a driving business reason to discriminate against Muslims.

Please keep these answers real, not a bunch of hateful rhetoric.

If the boycott by Muslims results in an increase of non-Muslim business it could also effect stock prices and result in a kind of control of stock prices through encouraging or discouraging Muslim boycotts or usage of products or services.

This is an interesting issue on a bunch of levels and I wanted to get a snap shot of feelings on the issue.
