Its a good question but difficult to answer.
Its not only you have to do, its we have to do.

But to start on your self, stop currupting people from your side. Like traffic police, government officers, bank managers etc.etc.

There is not much you can do nor is their much all your countrymen can do. Its the very nature of government to be corrupt because of very greedy politicians, bureaucrats and civil servants. Don't even think of leaving your Country to live in a Country that is not corrupt. Even in Canada we have corruption on a large scale, Canadians don't herar about this corruption until years after the fact. Those that get caught are slapped on the wrist and told they were naughty naughty boys. The ones that don't get caught are encouraged by this and continue with their corruption.

Through income tax dept control each persons income. and everything of the country under controll of fully government sector, 51 percent in govt sector and 49 percent in pvt sector. 51 percent pvt sector and 49 percent govt sector and fully pvt sector. the identity card issued is good. but it have no full details of a person. so we introduce a detailed data of every person issue from panchayath, muncipality,corporation level. and it produce at any time everywhere. and also a computer id number to each person. this id no is also use every where. otherwise punishment must be given to the perason..
