She does have warrants out for her in Marion County, but they are so overrun that they don't consider her a threat. She has a criminal past with at least 20 incidents and that doesn't even include all the bad checks that she wrote. Her bond is set at $5000 SR. I am wanting to know if anyone knows what kind of time she could be facing. This is her first offense for Hendricks county, but as I said she has a lengthly one for Marion county. Will that come into play at all?

I had a lot of stuff up on Ebay for a buy it now of $300. The sale ended with no takers - it was a pick-up only sale due to size. A guy emailed after and said he could come and pickup Tue. or Wed., but would let me know on Mon. He offered $200. I said that was fine and took the deal. Mon., I didn't hear back. Monday night, someone emailed and offered $250 and they live locally. So I agreed, they came and got the stuff and paid. I emailed the other guy and told him since I hadn't heard back, I sold to someone else. He informed me that I wasn't required to hear anything from him since he already said he'd come Tues. or Wed. and that I'd be hearing from his attorney.

Since no money ever changed hands, could he really sue because I didn't follow through? I can't imagine a lawyer taking the case!

Who's he trying to find "common ground" with? Socialists? Gays? Feminists? Unemployed "artists"??

Is he in any position to complain about "partisanship" when he's clearly aligned himself with the hard-left?

Senator Obama has formed an "exploratory committee" to test fundraising ability and popularity for a presidential run.
Would you consider voting for him?

Does it actually really bother people? And also the fact that he has come from a partially Muslim background? Do you not think that under the current climate this could be a plus point?

I am a 17 year old from Russia and I always wanted to be an officer in the army. I don't want to join the US army because then I would feel like a traitor. My great grandfather was a leutenant in the Red army during WW2, grandfather a colonel, and father a captain in Afganistan.
I can't move back to Russia cause the american high school doesn't count there. What should I do?

... always have to think they are the top of the world? Why do they think they're right about everything? Opinions are opinions. Just because some site like Infowars says 9/11 was an inside job doesn't mean it's true. We're not living in a Hollywood movie, people. This is reality, OUTSIDE of the internet websites.

My grandmother was born in Bulgaria at 1928, being a Jewish woman she migrated to Israel during the 1950s.
My question here is the following:
Is she eligible for such passport even though she does not live there but was born there? If she is eligible, what are the steps she needs to take in order to get one?

Many Thanks,

Liat

Democrats just gloat on American defeats. Remember ******* Viet Nam, we are so inferior to the courageous Viet namese. Now they are on the quest to find out Why the terrorists hate us, just to find a justification to seat on their asses and do nothing till the next 9/11 knocks at the door. Long before the fall of the Soviet Union their mantra was DO NOT PROVOKE THE REDS. Ronald Reagan was a warmonger when his strong defense policy brought the Soviet Union to bankruptcy without firing a single shot! If we had followed the Democrats advice we would still be dealing with the Soviet Union.
