I'm in the US Army IN (M). I stand next to my commander and cheif and approve of his pay raises for the military, and thought his last adress about Iraq was very good. But as a presisdent I can say i wish he only had one term. Please share your feelings..Military people.

The question is not truly about President Bush, I do in fact support him, he is doing the hardest job that none of these armchair generals could even think about handling and he needs our support and prayers to make the right decisions. The real question should be what percentage of the Military are Republican, (I believe an accurate answer would be around 80%), historically Republicans have done MORE for our Military (raises, quality of living, benefits..ext)

Several polls have indicated that President Bush and the war in Iraq are strongly supported by members of the military.

Interestingly, the people who most strongly support the war are those who have served in Iraq.

kind of similar.
my husband is USMC and we pretty much feel that as a president he's a moron, but he's the "boss" and you do what your boss says.

we also appreciate the money put into the military and know that cuts will be seen if dems get into office.
frankly, i'd rather redo our family budget than see detriment in humankind.

take care.

Unknown, but take voting statistics into account, last presidential election was between 75 to 80%. Which has been pretty much the case in all major elections.

I'm ex-Navy Aviation, and left prior to the election of the current President... but I support HIM. I voted for Senator McCain in the 2000 primaries, and President Bush in the Nationals. He's not the brightest speaker, but he's POTUS, and he's right.

I supported and voted for my first Commander in Chief: Ronald Reagan in 1984 and joined in 1985.

I supported and voted for President George H. W. Bush both times (1988 and 1992)

I supported President Bill Clinton... but never voted for him, never would, and disliked and disagreed with most of his policies and actions (or lack of action). And I openly spoke out against him within US Navy Regulations... regarding Gays in the Military, Draw-downs, etc

The Middle East will never be peaceful without ending the Israeli occupation. This is the conclusion of the UN, EU, Backer-Hamilton report, and President Carter new book.

You got to be joking, right??

Everyone in the military who doesn't like Bush isn't gonna tell many people about it because of the fear of a reprimand it could bring if you criticize the president (who is the military's boss).

Would you criticize your boss in front of your co-workers?

What if he got wind of it?

Would you risk it?

OF COURSE NOT!!
