Democracy seems anything but interesting.Its a strange concept where 51 % of people dictates wants what 49 % should do.And if you go by facts only 60 % of people actually venture out to vote and for a party to come to vote they need approx 45 % of votes .So how can they claim to represend the people when they have won the confidence of just 25 % of people ,neglecting the views of 75 % of people who refused to vote for them

My bother has recently informed me and my family that he will be soon joining his 3rd armored cavalry division again in Iraq for his 3rd tour of duty. My loyalty is with him, but his reasoning is, " So that I will bring others back who may have never had a chance." I find that I would like to join the Army, but he has asked that I not to go, what do you think about him and i have respected his wishes?

Hi i really want to try to reach George W. Blush by email or adress if i can. I want to tell him to not send troups to Iraq!!! Is the American mission in Iraq not doomed, because it was based on a flawed and spurious premise that Iraq posed an immediate threat through it's nonexistent WMD....?

The war that America is fighting now, is a by product of the lies that were used to motivate the American people into supporting the invasion of Iraq. Is adding more American combat troops to the problem akin to adding more gasoline to a fire in the hope it will burnout quicker...?

My boyfriend is in jail for 3 months...i been sending him letters a lot and he always gets them...the other day i sent him around 5 pictures ( G-rated) and 2 letters all in 1 envelope...i just spoke to him and all they gave him was 2 pictures in the envelope, no letters or nething...why did they do that? i make sure i never say anything bad in the letters...i always just tell him how much i love and miss him and just update him on wuts going on in my life thats all..why wouldnt they give him the letters or the rest of the pictures?

I think that my girl friend is psyco....at night she gets drunk, and will yell at nobody, her nieghbors think I am abusing her and I am not, but I cannot control her, then she blames me for every thing that goes wrong in her life because she cannot control her self.Her parents think negative things about me as well. I know that I am not perfect, but I do not treat her bad and she is just plain vebally abusive!!! Then if I leave I will get a call from her and she will try to coax me into going back (because I will feel guilty), I know she has a good side to her, but the emotional out bursts are too much for me, there is too much drama. What should I do?
