My daughter was living with my mum for about 2-3 years. I need to rent my mums house out as I do not have an income at the moment. My daughter does not pay towards any bills for my mums house and she is registered as living with me. Does she have squatters rights? She has said to my friend she will not leave the house. What can I do? She is 18 years old.

My GF & I non custodial parent went to go pick up my other two kids from a past relationship in which I have joint custody and visitation. The custodial parent brings the kids to my car & she starts trying to argue with my GF in front of the kids. About 6 of her family member come out side and attack my GF and I verbally and physically in front of the kids. My GF and I got the kids in the car and call the police to file a report. Court order states that I am suppose to pick the kids up from non-custodial parent, I have third party relative that agreed to have the kids dropped off with them so I can pick them up without seeing non off her family. I am going to get a lawyer &have a motion to change visitation conditions for a 3rd party, but the court date won’t be by the next time I have to pick my kids up again. I am refusing to pick them up and going against court orders because my safety is at stake. What can I do?

I was pulled over for speeding in a residential zone in Maryland on January 4th, 2007. The police officer issuing the ticket wrote the date as January 4th, 2006, which is a year's difference. From my understanding of the MD law, I am fairly sure that police errors of more than one week will invalidate the ticket. Will this be enough to challenge the ticket successfully in front of a judge?

This is my first offense. I am seventeen years old, and I have had my provisional license for a year now. Let me know if you need more information.

My husband is currently in the process of becoming a US citizen. He has a child still living in Honduras, and is not currently paying child support but does send money and other things periodically. Will him not paying child support hurt his chances of becoming a citizen? Will he have to pay child support when he does become a citizen?

Why are there so many Americans who support Israel despite countless UN resolutions which condemn Israel, the destruction of civilian infrastructure, millions of Palestinian refugees, and the annexed land which was never returned to the Palestinian people?

Please google right now " UN resolutions against Israel " and you will find a list of resolutions that condemn Israel for crimes such as evicting innocent people, annexing land, attacking unnecessarily, and violating international law.
To those who oppose the UN:
Didn't the UN create the state of Israel in the first place? Why would they have a personal bias against Israel?

I'm a sixteen year-old sophmore in high school, and it has always been my dream to serve my country. I took the ASVAB this past fall, and I scored an 85. I already know that the national average is aroun 39, but I'm still not sure what awaits me. Staff Sergeant Jason S. McGinnis of the USMC told me that I showed an above average technological understanding of electonic devices and such. I will continue to research this matter, but your help would be very appreciated.

I am serious-the deficit-an oil for blood war-loss of US credibility around the world-the latest GETTING RID OF TWO GENERALS-who won't tell him what he wants to hear (oh yea wacky neo-cons will tell you they were leaving anyways-even FOX NEWS acknowledges that these new Generals are more in line with what Bush wants-the funny thing is General Shinseki wanted more troops to go to Iraq initially-Bush and the Chickenhawk Brigade forced him into retirement-he is the worst Pres. in our history-his oil scheme has failed. Oh yea for 3 years we were winning-he kept lying to the American public hoping he could get it straight-on and on-clinton blah blah

I have a friend in Sweden. He pays 91% in taxes. Of course he'd like to keep more.

But then he says "my wife takes some college classes at night, and I never worry about her taking the trolley home at night."
