If you mean the act that the American government can release info that was top secret. 10-15 years depending on how top secret it is.

20 business days. 1.5 years is too long. Contact the FOIA office you sent the request to (assuming you sent the FOIA request to the right office).

They sorta made that law unworkable with the HSA act, for our saftey, you know.
