If you believe that our government was involved in the WTC attacks for political gain, how could you stay in America?

You are so blinded by your hatred you can't even see the error in your arguments. If you truly believed that your government was so utterly corrupt as to allow the WTC attack, there is no way that you could stay here. It would be like living in a house with a crazy, psychopathic murderer. Either the fear to protect yourself or your family, or the shame and disgrace you would feel from being associated with America would have to drive you to leave the country.

So, the real answer is that you don't really believe Bush did those things and you are just using this to push your ideology and to bash Bush and conservatives. Agree or disagree?

Some barbaric practises are so abhorrent to the dignity of decent people, that it is outlawed virtually everywhere in the world. Cannibalism is one example. Can we not do the same for the reprehensible practise known as Communism?

Soviet Union - 62 million dead
China - 76 million dead
Cuba, East Germany, Yugoslavia, Romania, Poland - untold millions dead

What on earth are we waiting for? Lets outlaw this abberation, once and for all!

A "Agreement memo" was signed by the White House and Secret Service the day after (May 17th) a Washington group asked a federal judge to impose sanctions on the Secret Service in a dispute over White House visitor logs for Abramoff, it
states that all entry and exit data on White House visitors belongs to the White House as presidential records rather than to the Secret Service as agency records. Therefore, the agreement states, the material is not subject to public disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act.
The government is also continuing to erode privacy as it pursues the war on terrorism. The latest effort is the FBI’s attempt to make sure it can monitor voice over Internet protocol (VOIP) phone calls.

U.S. President George W. Bush has quietly claimed sweeping new powers to open Americans' mail without a court warrant, the New York Daily News reported on Friday.

In a move that could spark new fears about the administration's infringement of personal privacy,

Only ones that should be allowed to talk are the ones who have been in REAL combat.

They sit back and relax while we are over there fighting and then complain? What **** do they got to complain about? I have friends now that can't walk and some that came back in a box. Republican or democrat I don't care if you haven't been in real war then stfu. If you think you can do it better then come and do it your ******* selves. That is how my unit and I feels about politics.

I met someone who told me this idea: if we drill many giant deep holes into the earth, the water would drain into the earth's crust and this would stop rising water from destroying costal cities.
You would have to drill multiple holes in the continental shelf (in shallow water.)
You know that something has to be done.
2 Billion people living in China/India are consuming fuels every day, contributing to global warming.
Your thoughts???

I'm the attorney for defense and my client has been charged with attempted school bombing. The person who accused her is a school bully, which is proven with several witnesses, and possibly might have set another person up for a crime.

However, the client told the bully that she would "get him back" and has art depicting the bully in flames. Then again, she is an artist and was told to express herself with art.

What should my opening statement cover in regards to my witnesses and evidence?

My witnesses are a psychologist who vouches for the bullying, a scientitist who says the bomb was poorly constructed, and a friend who says the defendent would never do such a thing and hints at the bully's history of setting up people.

The evidence is the chemicals found at my client's house (commonly used chemicals) and the fact that no fingerprints were found on the bomb.
