It seems that unless a country already has nuclear weapons, that any attempt to build or acquire large yield weapons is met with sanction, blockade, assasination, or invasion by those that have the power and weapons. I thought that the UN and World Court were created after WWII to prevent this kind of thing from happening again.

No leader would want to leave the historions thinking that his leadership was a failure. So look for the president, and vice president to change the 4 year term with the supreme court.

assuming that they are equal in intelligence and potential, why dont hispanics make something of their own country? hispanics seem willing to participate in management and political capacities, so why not apply that effort in the countries in which they belong?

When it was suggested that the government was listening to phone calls without warrants, Bush and his supporters said they weren't listening to calls of Americans so we shouldn't worry.

Then it turned out that they WERE listening to calls of Americans without warrants and his supporters said the constitution didn't apply to phone calls and if you want to communicate in private you should use the postal service.

Now it turns out that Bush made a "signing statement" saying the government could read people's mail without a court order if they want to.

What's next?

Did you hear the other stories of the other side!
I know that you only heard the American Propaganda!
How do you Judge a person through his enemies!
All of us knows that Bush and his father, hates Saddam! So why did you take their point of view, and ignored the one!

I recently received a citation for misdemeanor larceny for attempting to take $90 worth of goods from a store in north carolina. There are errors on my citation for my birth date and more importantly the time of the incident 5:30am instead of 5:30 pm. Also, where I was supposed to sign it reads "Delivered" and I did not sign the ticket. Do I have a chance based on the time error if I plead not guilty. If not what can I expect as a sentence

My husband and I had our will prepared in Ohio and 5 years later moved back to Pennsylvania; everything remains the same except for the place or residence. Is it possible to update the change of address since we moved to a different state or should we call an attorney to prepare a new will?

Why don't more Americans know they have never been apart from British control?

London is the financial Capital of the world and the bank of England controls every Americans life, but they still insist they are free!

Always confused me, why are they are oblivious!

Alot of people on Yahoo are debating this point. Most experts from around the world often say that American, British, and Israeli Spec Ops units are equal to one another, and set the standard for counter-terrorisim, counter-guerilla warfare. The idea that one or the other is better because the others "shoot their own" is idiotic and has no basis in reality. Statistically "SNAFU's" and Friendly Fire" have occured equally in Afghanistan, Iraq and Lebanon, involving all of the above countries' Special Forces. So if you are going by the general concenses All three countries Spec Ops units are equal in training, skill, discipline and overall lethality...the only edge most often cited for America is that we have the best training facilities and weapons and technologies, because we simply have the most money, other then that it's a dead even tie.

I am interested in what other people think.

I have heard this cliche" so many times, people really seem to think its true. I even heard Sheperd Smith on Fox news say it once. When I try to come up with a list of religious wars, they dont even begin to come close to even one of the World wars, niether of which was fought over religion. I dont mean wars fought by religious people, or wars that are fought by one or both claiming god was on their side. I mean wars that were fought strickly for the spread or domination of one religion over the other.

The Roman citizens had over 1,000 years of security, wealth, enough freedoms, comfortable lifestyles, no terrorists, a great economy & the only immigrants they had were mostly slaves. US has been around for about 200 years & if it gets many more leaders like the current ones it won't last another 50 years. So which is it 1,000 year US Empire or a 250 year US republic?
