No they are not. As a former recruiter they are set in stone. You can get a different bonus for a different program enlisted for, but you can't negotiate with the amount. Good luck, if you do enlist. Semper Fi.

When you sign on the line, it is a contract. All the details are agreed to before you sign. Including enlistment bonuses.

No, they offer a bonus, and then it's your choice to accept it or reject it. Nothing in the military is negotiable.

no they have set amounts for each job you enlist as,the better the job the better the bonus, try to get a higher job if you want more
