Talk to the local Juvenile Officer. I think it is wiped clean because the Custody Order (warrant) is different that an actual Warrant. The person who originally signed the Custody Order may then sign a regular warrant in stead.

In Australia an offence committed prior to your 18th birthday is dealt with as a juvenile offence in a juvenile court and any time served is served in a juvenile facility unless you break the law after your 18th birthday as well where as you can serve all time in an adult facility.
