if you have acess to this where do you find it on n c i c i cant find it but they say it is there poss of cocaine but all the records i look up say closed case how can a warrant be out on a closed case .fishy help me please ..so i can get my life back ..this is a big mistake on the laws part

call the agency or court clerk's office in the jurisdiction where you live and ask if there is a warrant for your arrest and what it's for

I have no aidia what you want girl!, but if you are not a cop, FBI, CIA OR Sicret Service, you will NOT have a chance to obtain A WARRANT, NO WAY NO HOW, if you want to reopend a case that is currently close, you have to hire a lawyer who will find some excuse to tell to the joge that he have to check on the case you are talking about, just Law enforcment organisations can request a warrant sing by a joge.

Is the case CLOSED? Or is it nol prossed (meaning it can be brought up anytime in the future once more evidence is obtained)? That may explain your confusion...or, it may not if you KNOW it's closed and nothing BUT closed.
