This is Bush irony. http://www.humanevents.com/article.php?id=14965 Bush is expanding NAFTA to become the North American Union so corporations can profit both ways: 1. more cheaper labor from Mexico for those who can't afford to move their business to Mexico, and 2. even cheaper labor in Mexico for those who can afford to move. With the open borders Bush has signed for illegals won't have to sneak anymore!

Most of the US jobs that 20 years ago went to Mexico are gone. Many plants that were running in Mexican towns along the border have been closed. They have been underbid by China. The jobs are now in China....Go to Walmart and try and find a tag that wasn't made in China. Mean while Bush and Co. borrow 10 billion dollars a day from China to keep the us economy stable while he pays for his war.

Yes, and the jobs in Mexico in American-owned companies pay less than if they were here in the US of A., often denying workers sanitary conditions, or forcing overcrowdedness with poor ventilation like sweatshops. Just like the many other jobs that go to other countries, like Inida, Pakistan, and those in other countries in South America. Meanwhile, Americans are losing those jobs... yet the companies are "American" companies... they want American business, yet won't hire Americans, yet they get American tax incentives and tax breaks and get American protection... and like with American pharmaceutical companies, they make American elderly, disabled, retired and poor subsidize the rest of the world (Mexico, Canada and the Philippines pay less than America consumers). Isn't that also ironic? Of course, that's what Dubya and Prick Cheney support n spite of all the patriotic propaganda they're constantly spewing. By the way, you don't see children of those same politicians joining the armed services in support of the war they started and are still promoting, do you? What do you think of that, "ironic"?

I saw a recent stat that said 1 out of 7 Mexican citizens earned their living in the US. I think that is much more significant than US outsourcing. Also, did you hear that the Mexican president is offering free GPS units to Mexican citizens wanting to cross the American border? AND, did you hear that armed Mexican soldiers/policemen crossed the border over the holidays and fired on our border patrols? By any definition, that is an act of war, but our government and media chooses to ignore it. And obviously, the Mexican government has no concern about resolving this problem.

Thank Bush and his groupies, and just figure if illegals are crossing freely how many sleeper cells is his Administration allowing to cross our borders, does not take a rocket scientist to figure out the math

Just shows that the US has so many jobs that Americans don't want to do or are too stupid to do that the US has to outsource them to Mexico. I hope the Mexicans stay in Mexico & work those new US outsourced jobs because that will be a great way to stop illegal immigration.
