This is a news story I pulled off the internet. In an ideal world, what would be the appropriate punishment for this man?---->

Manchester police said they nabbed a man who was caught driving while intoxicated for the fourth time.

Police said they tried pulling over Patrick -------, 35, on Bridge Street on Monday night but he refused to stop. Officials said that when police finally did stop Allain, they found him drinking a 40-ounce bottle of beer, which he continued to drink as officers confronted him.

As officers arrested him, two other drivers told police that Allain had hit them and not stopped, police said.

Police said that when he was booked, Allain told officers, "You can charge me with whatever you want. It's not going to stop me from drinking and driving."

I'm just trying to get a measure of public opion on a subject I think is being over looked by the vast majority of people.

I think if Somalia falls to an Islamic regime we could see terrorist training camps there like we did in Afghanistan.

As a democrat who opposed Nixon, and worked for Jimmy Carter Presidient Ford I believe was a GREAT President! Our nation needed this simple caring man in the era that he served us. Looking back all of these years, President Ford accomplished for our nation the unity that few since have seen with honest simple kindness, and compassion.
God Bless President Gerald Ford from a Buckeye Fan.

I also don't know what to expect, i.e. length, how I should dress. It is over some money owed in an accident.

Etiopia is a christian country (like usa or sweden) and somalia is under controll of arabic/muslims sharia laws who I dont like a bit. But the question is: Shall we suport the etiopians? Or the somalians? or shall we try to negiote a peace truce? A peace truce that maybe permanents the sharia laws. What else to do? Johan

Is Islam's hatred for the west purely because of our support for Israel? I think it's odd that a religion that believes in the same god as Christians do have such hatred for us. Has any one ever figured out why they don't hate China for being an atheist country?

You once were a boy
Who played with his toy
Now you’re a man
In foreign land

You’re off to Iraq
We all want you back
Tour number two
What more can you do

So proudly we wave
At all of the brave
We love you so
We want you to know

And in my own mind
I know you are kind
They just see you
Hardened like glue

I’ll be here when
We meet up again
And if you’re set free
Eternity

Love Dad

On one hand he authorized the killing and torture of thousands of people. On the other hand his death could bring more violence and blood shed to an already devastated country. What do you choose?

Is it true that the Middle East is being seriously considered being used as the biggest staging area for any World War 3, given we are led to believe the "next World WAR will come from the East" and that is why it is important to gain control over Iraq and Afghanistan?

Someone has a public defender appointed to them in Wisconsin for criminal charge. However, in the meantime, they have an eviction case filed against them.

Is it legal for the public defender to also represent them on the eviction case?

The cases are completely seperate. In Wisconsin, the only way you can get court appointed counsel is for criminal cases - not civil.

Why haven't UK forced NATO to pay for the neccessary equipment that thier troops NEED - (not want you notice), given UK have supplied the bigger troop commitment to the NATO forces?

Indeed, why can't USA foot the bill to pay for much needed equipment and resources UK troops..(oh such as a flak jacket for each and every UK service personnel.. preferably, one that will stop a small arms fire..! ) left to clear up the mess made by USA withdrawing 77% of thier troops in Afghanistan in 2003 under the order of thier Commander-in -Chief, namely one George W Bush, current President of United States of America, who long before he made THAT order, had asked UK to contribute thier Nations' BEST asset - namely thier Military troops!
