If they are properly trained, can prove they can effectively do the job, treat ALL PEOPLE equally,and can speak my language so that I can understand it when they speak, I don't care what foreign country they're from.

We are all foreigners, this was the land of the Indians originally.
Many cops have an Irish background, would you take them out?
If anything, it's an advantage if they speak the language of the person coming into the country!
