My boyfriend and I moved in new apt. 4 months ago.On the very next day we heard a noise coming from the apt above-running all over the apt all day long.We didn't pay that much attention but the next day it was the same.I came up and told the woman that they're very noisy and annoying us every day and she said i can't do anything-it is my child.I spoke to the super and he told me people before us had complained too and nothing's changed.I spoke to the landlord about that and he told me that the problem is they don't have a carpet.The lease says everybody must have a carpet.Then they started to make even more noise-dragging someth on the floor,banging,dropping heavy objects.Our life turned into a living nightmare.There's noise even after 11pm.These morons don't care about anything and use their child for excuse.We understand they have a right having a child but do they have a right to ruin our life.I wrote a letter to the landlord with asking him to evict these people.Pls give me advice.

i dident give enough info the fist time here it goes look we get to this restraunt not a fast food place were you wait to be seated well i after we were seated and its time to order they tell us that they are out of almost everything well we orderd anyways then we have to ask for things that should have been brought in the first place then they tell us well be getting extra of 1 thing that we orderd we never never received the 1 thing or the extra was not checked on to see if we needed anything else like refills then we get the bill it has the extras on it and also the waitriss said she was sick well the manager just took the extras off the bill and also apolligized for her being sick does any one understand why im frustrated and also im sick i cant prove i got sick from their but still i think they should have done better on making it up to me than just a sorry and dedubting somthing that i dident get i mean when i get good service i always give more

Why language is considered important for Patriotism?
I think Language should be considered as mode of communication.
Why people give added importance to their so called "Rashtrabhasha"?
This question is most important to my Indian friends but no damage if any foreign friend wishes to reply.
For my foreign friends I will add here that "Rashtrabhasha" is a Hindi word and it means National Language.
Am I to be considered "Unpatriot" if I do not know my national language?
Who made this parameter and why do we think it is correct?
I have a question for so called Patriots,
Why we have so many Ministers in government who do not know our National Language?
Are they willing to be patriot and throw them out or revolt against them?
And if they cannot do any thing on this should we consider them “Unpatriot”?
No offence against any one but I think we need a new awakening.
By saying "Mera Bharat Mahan" "My India is Great" are very really Patriot?
What do we need to be real Patriot?

I have been living here for about 8 months and everything has been fine until my boyfriend politely asked the girl downstairs to lower the volume of her music. She had been blasting for 2 nights in a row... (she only acts up when her husband is not around, brings other men into her house, while he is at work and her 1 yo is asleep). She agreed to lower the volume and then after 30 seconds she rang our bell like a maniac and started threatening to have us killed and make us move, if that makes sense. We called the police and filed a complaint. the police saw how beligerant and drunk or high she was. We also told the landlord who basically said that that wasn't like the girl and she never caused a problem before and pays rent on time.(this girl has senority &she didn't care) Last night she blasted the music at 3am and I called the landlord and she basically gave me the impression that she didn't care and did not want to get involved. What can I do to stop this without having to move?
