Dubdub cut and ran from Tora Bora, settling for a cheap and showy victory over the Tail Bunnies, who are just a sideshow. His shock and awe has turned into snap, crackle, and pop. We'd have to send troops that would dig the enemy out and suffer heavy casualties. That's how we won wars when we won wars, but chickenhawks and chickendoves run our country now. Waziristan and Mindanao and many other camps are breeding or doom.

The thing people should understand is that we're not fighting a solid, tangible force. We're fighting a mobile group that does not have a base of operations. Sure, they may get more used to some areas, but if we go into one country to get them, they'll pack up and leave and go elsewhere. So if we keep doing what we have been, we'll need a much larger military to deal with it.
Or even if we do manage to kill all of them, their idea survives. Someone else will pick it up and create a new Al Qaeda.
We need to start helping people, not attacking them, in order to kill the idea of Al Qaeda.

Waziristan is just where the Taleban and al Qaeda go to rest/refit after operations in Afghanistan. Besides, Waziristan is in Pakistan, and they haven't asked for our help yet

I think Borat should quit inventing these countries. At the very least, he should create an imaginary country that does not end in "stan".
