Is recognized a a notarized copy after another notarized copy ?

No!

You can't notarize a notarized copy as they haven't seen the original if it is a certified true copy!

I guess they could notarize that they saw a notarized copy, but that would be little help and not legal!

A notarized copy must have a raised seal/stamp on it.
