Wow...so I guess he forgot about all the times he said there was no global warming..or global warming was a myth...or global warming wasn't cause by environmental factors....

I guess you could say so. Flip flopping is a ridiculous term thought up by Republicans to make Kerry look wishy washy when all he was doing was reevaluating evidence and making new informed decisions. I'd have to say if used in the same way it was applied against Kerry, than yes, the Bush admin. is flip flopping. But, in general I think people just change their mind whenever new evidence pops up (a question could be what the hell took him so long? He has been censoring reports for quite some time. Maybe he really really thinks polar bears are cute.)

this would look like a wierd analogy, yet follow me here. while congress gave on line casino playing to the community people, it replaced into to make redress and supply them a leg up. yet you already know what they did? all of the income stay with the tribe that has the on line casino on it somewhat is land. in the experience that your reservation is in Connecticut next to a substantial marketplace you get a providence. If it somewhat is in East Podunk you're out of luck. So a tiny fraction of tribes get billions and something get no longer something. And the on line casino marketplace takes an excellent decrease and manipulates the tribe by using fact otherwise they don't have the wherewithal to create reported on line casino and get no longer something. So we've this somewhat blunt arbitrary tool that creates as many issues because it solves. you already know my positions on those themes, all species could be risk-free. yet that's a pragmatic impossibility interior the well known western international, so we %. and choose what's substantial and what isn't with out somewhat expertise what we are doing or why. How do we chop the remarkable off entire mountains in Appalachia by using fact there are no longer any "substantial" species there, on an identical time as on the comparable time close down the marketplace of entire areas in what seems greater like a exposure stunt (observed owl). you already know, i think of it somewhat is perverse that we enable entire ecosystems to be degraded, and species to fall under some arbitrary cutoff till now we swoop in and "shop" them in dramatic style. There must be a greater rational thank you to do it.

Sure it is, but flip flopping isn't bad. If you can't change an opinion when presented with better information then you might as well be braindead. I don't agree with Bush on much, but he is right on this one.

By the way, the evidence is conclusive that the rise of industry has affected the environment, to deny this is to deny truth.

What do you expect from Bush, he can't even remember what he said a half an hour after he said something in the first place. The puppet George is just about wore out, Cheney will have to slow dowwn on pulling his strings.

No changing your mind in favor of new facts or reality isn't a flip flop.Quite frankly being open to new idea's when the evidence supports it is absolutely essential for a good leader.
Some other situations spring to mind were I wish he had done that sooner

No one denies there is global warming the debate is weather or not it is man caused or just the earth going through a warming cycle. Which it has done repeatedly over the ages. Feel free to stop in a 5th grade classroom and let the students fill you in.

And just how is this a flip flop? No one has ever said that global warming doesn't exist, especially President Bush. The cause of global warming is the issue. The experts seem to contradict the gore theory.
