I need to to know the following. You don't have to answer ALL of it if you don't want.

I need to know: who is involved in a crime scene investigation,

what are their specific duties within the investigation,

how long does it take on average to process a crime scene,

and what tools are used to process crime scenes.

The reasons for the war in Iraq keep changing- it was claimed Saddam was involved with 911, then it was claimed Iraq had WMD they were ready to use, then it was claimed we were bringing freedom to Iraq.
have any of these claims been proven true? If so- is there proof?

I havent lived in Romania during the Causescu regime but i have come to learn tht causescu regime was much more better thn the present day Romanian governments. Huge development took place in Romania during his rule. Romania was much more powerful economically in his time thn it is now. the condition of people was much better.

Okay, here's a question for all the lawyers and attorneys out there...first, here's the jist of what happened:
I took my car into a shop for repairs. In the process of doing those repairs, they damaged my car (cosmetic). They agreed to repair the damage they caused, and then whilst fixing that damage ( for free because THEY caused it in the first place!), they caused ANOTHER damage of a worse but similar nature. (2 additional damages actually). Now, they are denying liability, and they have changed their story and are now refusing to admit that they caused the first damage, and are claiming that they fixed it "out of the kindness of their own heart" not because they actually caused the damage.
So....
Are they liable for damaging my car?

I would like to insert the idea that people in favor of redistribution of wealth, are compassionate. People that oppose this idea have a self-interested, cold-heart or understand something i do not. They will say 4 things 1 that conservatives give more to charity than social minded individuals and that government should not interfere with this as charities will take care of the poor 2 that taking from the wealthy and giving to the poor is stealing the hard earned money of the rich 3 that good economics will need an individuals desire to accumulate great wealth to fuel the economy, and if the government takes part of his wealth, this is punishing him for success...and rewarding the lower class for laziness.... 4 the lower class does not need handouts as this creates laziness and and hurts them as they need to pick themselves off the floor

do you see this as some type of intelligence? or just cold-hearted greed?

Assuming the person is just trying to relieve themselves and attempt to conceal themselves but get caught by the cops anyway (They are not trying to flash anybody). Most people say no, but yet this is the law in many states so why don't more people speak out against this law to state legislators?
