Well, I am going to say that. I suggest that you don't do that. Tell your superior that you have medications that you must take on a regular basis so they have record of that. If you are injured or become ill, it is important to know if you are on any medications, as this determines the treatment. It's best not to "sneak" them in. Let someone know you are taking them.

You WILL be found out. If it's a legal prescription for you, and you're lucky, they probably won't bother with prosecution, but within about two days of discovery you'll find yourself standing outside the main gate with an administrative discharge.

Why are you asking and answering your own question? If anyone wants to sneak contraband and illegal (unless it is your own legal prescription) drugs, and if you are in the military, hope you plan to spend Christmas and the New Year in the clink!!

You'll probably get caught. You don't get drug tested until like 40 days into Army basic training though, I heard. Too many people were failing. The Navy you get tested like every day, it's ridiculous.

How about, you're crazy! Or yanno, you could just try to get away with putting them in your pants. Why the hell would you wanna do that anyways? Why join the Army ANYWAY? you sure as hell ain't gonna get anything worth much out of it, except maybe... death

I suggest you learn something about INTEGRITY. Smuggling in drugs is not the best way to start off your Army career. If you need it that bad they will give it to you. You have got to be kidding me..

Good luck with that, stooge.

The military conducts random drug testing, and you will get caught. Think the civilian courts are tough on druggies? That's nothing compared to what the military will do with you!

Sorry, it's unavoidable: I suggest you don't do that.
If you are prescribed the medication, claim it and they will allow you to bring enough for the duration of your training. If you're not prescribed the medication, why the hell would you smuggle into BCT?
