Hi,
My friend is 15 yrs old. He hid some drugs in his underpants and arrested by police (in U.S.A, New York City). Will he be a prisoner or just pay a fine? If a boy go into a prison, What is the style of prison clothes? Will they search his body?

Does any government have a "right to exist"? Can states or governments have rights? Or can only individuals have rights? Can groups of people have "special rights" based on their membership in that group that other individuals do not have, such as the "right" of Jews to have an exclusive state just for them? What if other ethnic groups tried this? What if blacks or whites declared that they had a "right" to their own exclusive state that non-members of their group did not have? Isn't Zionism just another brand of identity entitlement politics?

Charter one 103 Vincines, Chicago and charmed the male teller into adding his name, then he wiped out her life savings in three months. He has been banned. She wants to make a will to exclude him. Is there a way to do this on her own.

The Presidential Executive Order has already been signed and has become the "law", without the messy annoyance of congressional voting or debate?

i contacted the sheriff's department and notified them that my parents (mainly my dad my mom quit i think) but that they did meth and marijuana and my dad got arrested and mom didnt and she posted bond and he was out the same day he got arrested and after the cops looked in the house and "searched" it and a few days after dad getting home from jail i got my chance to look through the house and there was still glass pipes, and marijuana pipes so i wrote an email to the head sheriff telling him the situation and he fowarded it to the sheriff on the case and the next day a sheriff called to talk to me and we only got to talk for maybe 5 minutes and he was just asking me yes or no questions and he could tell someone was around me (my dad was standing by me) and he said he would call back the next day while my dad was at work and i got off the phone and dad called his lawyer and dad said a sheriff could not have contact with me about an investigation without parental consent and that it

I m from Milan,i moved in LA 1 year ago...i ve always thought that America is a great country but i m starting to think differentely.
Too many homeless, poor people that lives in ghettos, a lot of crimes,no good doctors for poor people, expensive universities...everything is so unhuman...this coun try is cruel for poor people..and the rich dont care for them...i feel very bad about it..In Italy everybody can go see a doctor,have free surgery...there are few homeless and the state helps u....university are free....why us people dont complain about the system?Money money....money ruin the human side of the people...i m sorry guys but this country is 2 selfish and materialistic...

i sold some land and they had paid a non refundable deposit.completetion date was 20th dec. they failed to complete. my solicitor told me that by law he had to send them a form that says if they dont complete in 10 days the land will go back for sale and they loose there deposit. surley if they were supposed to complete on the said date they should not have any leeway after the original date of completetion
