Even with all the laws, remember how Dick called names to Senator Leahy on the Senate floor ? Do you think he would have stopped there if he knew he could get away by doing more? Do you think if there was no government, the Republicans would have bombed more of the abortion-clinics? Do you think, if there was a blackout, and the police were unable to do anything, that people would start looting other people's preperty even if they had no shortage of food? You get the idea.

Since the ACLU and the far left are going after symbols, words, and other "church and state" violations, wouldn't getting the name of an institution that operates with government funding have to remove such wording from these secular funded institutions?
It wasn't a problem when religious organizations funded schools, and hospitals. I believe that going into a place that has "saint" as part of it's name should be completely funded by a non-secular entity as opposed to one being operated by the State.
Just call the medical institutions something other than "saint" so I know what to expect when I need medical attention. Or when I want my children to be exposed to secular teachings as opposed to non-secular ones.

now this guy starts blaming the US politicians for not signing some bill to provide funds for mosquito nets and to fight AIDS, saying that "But the million people who were expecting [mosquito] bed nets don’t know who to blame. They just know that a promise made by the United States to keep their families safe is in danger of being broken next year.”

what promise has the US officially made to anyone? lets see it. i think this guy and his obsessive compulsive guilt trip go to developed nations asking for money, then when he is denied, he tells poor countries that they broke a promise that they never made, just to make them look bad. it seems he thinks that developed nations are *obligated* to give money to the poor. no, no nation should be forced or bullied into giving money to anyone because we dont live in a communist world. by the way, it seems he doesnt like paying taxes himself: http://newsmax.com/archives/articles/2006/8/7/145346.shtml?s=lh

lets be real on this one,now that gates has taken over and bush has said troops are stretched thin and were not winning the war,how long before they begin another draft.young men are still required to register,i know this to be a fact because a few weeks ago there was a pamphlet delivered in my mail adressed to a former occupant stating he was required to register under law and failure to comply was punishable by up to five years in prison and a two hundred fifty thousand dollar fine and thats excatly what it said.looks to me like johnnys off to war again or to jail.
