Hispanic gang specialist, retired L.A. Sheriffs Sgt. Richard Valdemar told Full Disclosure Network™ "It is my duty as a Hispanic to talk about this (the illegal immigration issue) because you cannot, you would be called a racist." In a six minute video preview of part four of a four part Special Series of interviews, Sgt. Valdemar describes what it was like to work for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department for 33 years while having to deal with legal and illegal Mexican immigrants
Illegals stay loyal to Mexico: Years ago illegal aliens who stayed in the country and made it their home, became loyal to the United States; now he says "they stay loyal to Mexico and they hate us."

Can We Stop the Decline of the United States? Sgt. Valdemar says Mexico is sending their problem to the U.S. demanding open borders. He says mass amnesty is not an option.

There is a lot to consider when looking at such policies.

Do you think this all started with the smoking ban? If so, what's next?

Would you move there and risk having few choices in dining experiences? Does it offend you to think that soon in Massachusetts you'll eat only what the government thinks you should eat?

Do you think this law is fair to dining establishments that have chosen to not use trans fats in their cooking.

Would you move there to start a business? Does it offend you that your private property becomes public property and you must let government dictate your every policy--while you must still try to profit and pay taxes? What was the Boston Tea Party all about?

Do you think businesses should be allowed to decide their own policy, then live or die with the choice of consumers?

What do you think is REALLY behind the spate of business policy decisions taken over by government? Anticapitalism? Low regard for population's choices?

we are on the verge of begging Iran and Syria to do something about Iraq and our allies are walking out on us. isn't it true that Bushco has already shown the rest of the world that we are nothing but bungling fools and don't even have the man power to get the job done. don't you think Iran is emboldened by our inability to control the Iraqi situation to the point that they will laugh at any threats we make on them.

and the President talks about spreading democracy throughout the Middle East, yet we are a republic, not a democracy? Shouldn't we be spreading republics if we think its so great? Er, and shouldn't we all be republicans?

SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse University professor Arthur C. Brooks is about to become the darling of the religious right in America -- and it's making him nervous.

The child of academics, raised in a liberal household and educated in the liberal arts, Brooks has written a book that concludes religious conservatives donate far more money than secular liberals to all sorts of charitable activities, irrespective of income.

In the book, he cites extensive data analysis to demonstrate that values advocated by conservatives -- from church attendance and two-parent families to the Protestant work ethic and a distaste for government-funded social services -- make conservatives more generous than liberals.

The book, titled "Who Really Cares: The Surprising Truth About Compassionate Conservatism" (Basic Books, $26), is due for release Nov. 24.

While doing some last-minute holiday grocery shopping I saw a young man steal a case of Enfamil, run out of the market, get into a black Lexus, and speed away. Security chased him but they were too slow to catch him.

I'm interested in joining the UN and a "blue helmet" peacekeeper. But cant find any information as to where those troops are drawn from? Are they directly drawn from foreign militaries or is there a way to apply directly with the UN?

I think it is dishonest, I also find it to be demonic and disgusting behavior.
Story by Mark Niquette and Jim Siegel, the Columbus Dispatch, Dec. 20th.
"The people put a issue on the ballot in Ohio, that issue was passed by the voters of Ohio.
Issue language was stated and it was that language that was passed by the voters.
The Republican controlled Ohio House and Senate were expected to approve House Bill 690 last night or today. Then Rush it over to Gov. Bob Taft who has said he will sign it. House Bill 690 is not the bill that passed the voters approval but rather a Republican version drafted to favor the Anti-issue two supporters and two business interest lobby groups who align with the Republicans to write the legislation into the Ohio Constitution.
"It's a slap in the face to the more than 2 million voters who voted for issue two and a slap in the face of those who believe in the Democratic process." Said Tim Burga who supported the voter drive to get the issue on the ballot. Sooner or later this issue will be litigated.
The amendment was approved by 56 percent of the Ohio voters."
My words follow. In other words if you can't cheat at the ballot box then just change what was voted into law to what you want the law to read. Republicans have decided, they will not bow to the will of the people. They also will not serve the people they took a oath to serve.
