Wars improve unemploymemt, increase trade & most important of all, it helps them to justify money earned and spent in obscure ways.

Because it keeps them in Office, employed, on the Bench- and usually away from the scene of the fighting... The "sheep" that put them there- usually end up paying for, or doing that...
