Decline, I believe that produce would go up in cost along with other services. This would cause a hardship on the american people that they are not used to. Illegal immigrants do a lot of work that citizens are not willing to do. I think it is a lot of hogwash when people are mad at illegal aliens for taking all the jobs! These complainers are just racist.

It would decline, albeit temporarily. It would be a shock to the system to lose that many people at once, however, again, it would only be temporary.

See, here's the deal. That white guy who would have been a janitor back in the eighties is standing on that street corner. Finding a job used to be no problem until employers discovered the Mexican. They work hard for peanuts, thus making the value of employment drop.

If they're illegal, though, here lies another problem. Who's paying for their medical care? If you say that they are, I beg to differ. I am a doctor, and I know damn good and well that they're not. Doctors do not have the right to turn anyone away, even people who are never going to pay you for services rendered. I'm not upset about that part, though. What I'm upset about is the fact that now, because of things like this, I have to have a 401k because I cannot depend upon social security.

So, if the illegals were gone, taxes would be going towards something else, and NOT teaching kids how to speak English in schools (which is part of the LEGAL immigration process, by the way), not rendering free medical care, and NOT helping an illegal have anchor babies here.

I think that, eventually, our economy would grow.

I don't believe it would be possible for all of them to be deported. I would hope that the criminals are ones sent back first. They are some of the runners of drugs, weapons, and terrorists. As for our economy, it may decline for a little while, but lets face facts, employers would have to pay more for the American worker. In order to stay in business, they would need to hire Americans to do the job.

It would probably temporarily decline due to a sudden loss of workers when the illegals were kicked out. Businesses would be forced to raise their wages and prices would go up.
However, I firmly believe in the resiliency of the American economy. Things would eventually balance themselves out and return to normal.
However, deporting all the illegal immigrants isn't a very realistic thing, as much as many of my fellow Republicans like to talk about it. It would border on the impossible.
I don't like granting amnesty, or anything else that the government wants to call it. Its all amnesty. But something akin to that is probably our only solution and the only way we'll be able to get all these pitiful people registered so we know who is here.
Anyway, I'm going off on a tangent. I don't want to get started on this volatile subject. You have my answer.

The decline would be very short term, and then it would improve vary fast, we have more than enough people here to take care of our selves. Keep in mind that we did not just make these jobs up to give illegal immigrants work, long before all of these illegals got here, hard working Americans did those jobs.

The economy would fall apart even more its already going badly! with out the immigrants from Mexico and other south American country's who will do the badly paid hard labor jobs? If employers have to up the wages to pay people to then they will also charge more for the product and the people that arnt making much money (your min wage is the lowest in the western world) would now longer be able to buy things and would rely on government support. Everyone would be paying more for food and simple products so would cut back on the expensive things and then The company's make them would have to lay of workers cos no ones buying there products.

And now whats happened? no one has a job. everything costs to much and the economy crashes!

For those that are not from Australia we are experiencing this kinda thing atm as the drought gets worse farmers are unable to create the food we buy in the shops and its going up and up! the farmers are running out of money and are turning to the government for support everyone else is suffering as the cost of food goes up! they are producing a major economic slump in the next year or 2.

Something tells me Americans would get by just fine :)

In general the US economy would for sure improve, some selective products would go up in price for an extended period of time. But a reverse effect of illegal immigration is nothing but a positve thing for this country, can't wait for it to actually happen. If certain companys cannot do business without illegal aliens they do not need to be in business! Americans need to screen for companys like these, if you have a house built ask them to show proof of citizenship for there employees. Its up to us until the federal goverment owns up to there job.

Poco e poco. Little by little, we nab the illegals, we change our laws to suite removing them. Get the local cops involved etc. Jump the large employers and burn em' good for hiring illegals. Enforce the borders as best we can. Make way for work programs that allow the immigrant who wants just work to come and go, pay their taxes and leave the country. No married people unless they are here legally. No children and we need to end the anchor baby thing until we have this undercontrol. There are ways this all can be done. It will take time but it will end the problem. Trust me, illegals aren't going to drop everything and run for the hills tommorrow. But with the proper persuasions in place, they will get the idea and find it increasingly difficutly to operate and many, many will be caught in just the passage of everyday life. Traffic tickets, trying to get free services, caught in crimes, drunk driving. No one will be able to escape in the long run. Who wants to keep looking over their won shoulder for Immigration to come and take them away? Not many will endure that for long. The others we will catch and remove.
By all means allow legal immigration but end illegal activity of all kinds.

all the above must be deported. how are you able to differentiate between undocumented and criminals interior the U. S.. To do something much less may be keeping illegals above the regulations that something people ought to stick to. remember who's united states of america it relatively is and please attempt to admire the reality that people made those regulations for a reason. Immigrants are not getting to p.c.. and decide which regulations they locate worth of obeying and which regulations are not. what's the factor of regulations if people such as you sense that Illegals have the the suitable option no longer in basic terms to interrupt any form of regulations yet get rewarded with Amnesty for doing so? there is this type of element as US regulations which you will no longer be familiar with. If I have been to rigidity with no license i may be in vast hardship. If I went to Mexico without money, identity, or permission, i might assume to be arrested. And Mexico's harsh therapy of illegals is mythical. Mexico has observed this do as I say, no longer as I do whilst dictating immigration coverage to the U. S.. they does not welcome me or pay if i choose hospitalization therapy. Please do no longer youngster your self into questioning the U. S. is unquestionably abusive whilst it comprises Illegals and Mexico is harmless. Why then ought to Illegals be excluded from US regulations that people are held in charge for? Having no id isn't a technicality. If that have been actual, WHY then ought to people be required to offer a passport whilst re-stepping into the U. S. from Mexico, Canada, Europe, etc.? If having no id have been a technicality, then WHY ought to I practice my motive force's license whilst i'm stopped at a police checkpoint finding for automobile inspection, coverage or registration violations? i will no longer be able to easily tell the police that having a valid motive force's license is in elementary terms an inconsequential element. I settle for that I ought to hold identity in any respect circumstances if i opt to rigidity interior the U. S., yet you sense that illegals are particular and the regulations do no longer word to them and their having a motive force's license is an inconvenience which they won't be able to manage with no acceptable delivery certificates and visa. for this reason you justify that as being reason sufficient to excuse them. i will produce any form of hyperlinks to verify my factors in case you sense its mandatory. .

The southern and western states along the border would become ghost towns, with the only handful of real citizens left. There'd be a surge in government money as it would no longer be spent on programs for them like welfare, prison, court system, etc. The produce marked would totally fail, and there wouldn't be enough people to bring in the crops, so the cost of living for those jobs would climb, attracting US workers instead, raising their style of living.

Then we'd wake up from our dream and realize that the government still hasn't done a thing about it other than bicker, as we continue to pay taxes to enhance the life of the illegal next door.
