I have had court papers stating that I owe the original amount of the suit and "judgement interest".

First, what is judgement interest?

Second, can judgement interest be negotiated down if I got a lawyer?

Any legal advice here would be helpful.

Thanks

70% of the country thought invading Iraq was a good plan 4 years ago. (But they also believed the President when he said they were a danger to the USA).

Now 75% think it was wrong. Was Bush more wrong then or now or both?

Are Liberals more religious than they realize:

they have their own holy book - Darwin's "origin of the species"

they have their own commandments - thou shall abort the unborn babies, thou shall have sex with whoever you want, thou shall not be personally responsible for yourself, etc.

they have their own saints - Charles Darwin, Roger Baldwin, Margaret Sanger, Bill Clinton

they have their own clergy - school teachers/college professors

they have their own churches - public schools

they have their own ideas heaven and hell - heaven = communism and hell = capitalism

it seems clear liberalism has all the same things a religion does. therefore, wouldn't it make sense to keep liberalism out of government and the public square? let them practice their religion in their own homes, but don't force their silly beliefs on me!

The entire world was told the same thing about Iraq having WMD, and while the rest of the world thought it was B.S., most Americans believed it. This is evidenced by the number of countries who did not join in the debacle. Why would an entire country fall for this?

Considering that - according to a recent UK docu-drama - almost all of Blairs cabinet and advisors were advising against supporting America in Iraq, do you think he knows something that he can't even tell his closest advisors? Or is he simply insane?

Apparently people don't trust politicians. They lie. They have ulterior motives. They only want to stay in office and will say anything.

If that's so, is it only the other guys that lie? Is it only the major parties or are the third parties just as bad? How can you support anyone with the attitude that everyone lies? Are we always chosing the lesser of multiple evils? That would definitely say that this country is not operating at its best.

I am a conservative Christian who believes in social equality and communism based from Acts 4: 34, 35. However, the CPUSA is pro-abortion and I believe in the rights of those little girls, too (most 1st trimester fetuses are female). I thought about starting a party called Conservative Christian Communist Party but I understand CCCP is already taken. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks! :)

There's something appealing about the leader who chooses war but chooses to put themself in harm's way first.

Would Bush have invaded if he were expected to fight? Or if rich people's kids joined the Military at the same rate as lower class people?

In the movie "Private Ryan", the soldiers lose their mortars but still have the mortar "rounds". They pound the tail of the rounds on the ground to prime it and then throw them like hand grenades. So, what throws a round from a mortar tube? If its something built in to the tail of the mortar round, then those thrown by hand should have been rocketing off as soon as theywere primed by striking them on the ground. If its something in the mortar tube... what might that be? In movies, they set something and then drop the round in the tube. What is the propellant?

Before he steps down as PM, Tony Blair has stated a desire to return Israel & Palestine to the Peace Agreement & continue to promote democracy in the Middle East.

Yesterday, he called Iran a destabilising force & urged countries to unite in “an alliance of moderation to take on Iran.”

Let’s assume that Britain is running so well and he’s got so much spare time, he can easily offer his incredible talents to other nations.

Shouldn’t the UK Police finish investigating Blair for undermining democracy by selling peerages and shouldn’t Blair stop ignoring the democratic majority views on Iraq before he helps spread democracy to others?

Do Brit’s feel they’re in an honest & open democracy?

Also, shouldn’t Blair look at his two previous peace projects in Afghanistan & Iraq to make sure they can’t get any worse, before taking on the simple task of Israel & Palestine?

Has Blair earned the right to call Iran a destabilising force? I heard a rumour that Iraq isn’t perfectly stable yet.

funny how the plane that hit the empire state building years ago didnt vaporize, nor did the building collapse. ONE OTHER NOTE OF INTEREST...it's fascinating how the investigation revealing voter fraud in the 2000 election came out the day after 911 (just like the investigation by the house committee on assassinations regarding the kennedy assassination PROVED there to be a conspiracy with the JFK murder came out the week of the "guyana tragedy"...) -- the phrase "mass hoodwinking" comes to mind when i think of americans perception of their own govt.

one can only assume that americans clearly have their head up their sphincter....

A liberal believes the government should take money from the wealthy and upper middle class to support social programs for the lower class...

Repubs believe in the success of the individual
libs believe in the success of the group

I am a lib and see conservatives as selfish, competitive, and lacking compassion...... am i wrong..... i would like to see more clearly.......explain

No rehabilitation.
