They are just dis-agreeing because the polls say it might win a presidential election for them, they are power hungry plain and simple.

The info came from the CIA. Bush stated war couldn't wait for an investigation, so Congress accepted the CIA's recommendation and backed Bush on the war.
It wasn't until it became apparent that there was no need to hurry, that the CIA passed incorrect information to Congress and Bush that they began to backpedal. Added to this was the suspicion that Bush's administration helped cook the CIA report in the first place, and the retribution against those in the CIA who publicly disagreed with it.

They voted using what information they were given, as well as the PAC/lobbyist money and the directions from their handlers. The congress is a rubber stamp, didn't you know that?

it's a condtion called libtardness. don't laugh. serous buisness. if you look at the facts the war is/was justified it just hasn't been easy. we are facing a foriegn insurgency there now. in my opinion we need to get it together politically and see this thing through. the enemy sees our cycles and is counting on the zig zag routine. they like liberals so they can hit us again and not get hit back. plus the liberals side with the terrorist indirectly.
