No....I'm sure some "underground" community will develope. There's alot of Americans that aren't going to go for this. And as with everything....as soon as you put it out.....someones figured a way around it. So it's only the law abiding being hurt, again. I mean they already have everything but my eyescan. They have a list somewhere that has what brand of toliet paper I buy because of all the darn shopping cards, what TV programs I watch and what sites I visit on the internet. They've probably figured out my shopping routien and can already track me by my car. Personally.....that's way too much info already.
And somehow this is going to be cheaper and better and safer than just securing the darn border and having people abide by the law? Ya.....like I beleive that.

I don't have a real problem with people entering the United States to work who are not abusing our welfare system or burdening health and educational facilities.
It would be in the best interest of migrants to go through whatever process the United States determines for allowing people to enter the country It could eliminate the exploitation of migrants by coyotes and unscrupulous employers.
The federal I.D. is something that I rather regret, because it encourages governmet regulations and restrictions on the rights and priviledges of citizens, but it appears to have become necessary to protect the rights of citizens and taxpayers. If the I.D. is required for employment, and to prevent illegal participation in elections and to restrict felons, terrorists and welfare and social security scammers, then it is a good idea.

yes but there are more topics to deal with like the information to the citizens of the usa that they do not receive about the international business or trades that the usa use to make and to stop interfering in the elections of the foreign countries so if i am not open the door of my house to you ,you do not have the right to open the door of mine, that is something that had been happening by years,if the gov. dedicate time to work inside more than to put their noses in another countries it will work.the media do not inform about that into the usa do you know that?

First we already have a countrywide identity Card gadget in place. Granted it quite is not implanted into your epidermis yet whats up it quite is there. the real undertaking with unlawful Immigration is that our regulations are no longer being enforced. i will no longer be able to verify how implanting a card into everyperson might make the regulations that we are no longer implementing now be enforced. i may be incredibly against that style of card and that i understand fairly some people who additionally may be against it. no longer that it concerns because congress does what they choose besides. it relatively is basically my own opinion.

The only way you will stop illegals working is to legislate the DEATH PENALTY, or at least life imprisonment without parole, for hiring illegals.
As for the illegals, since they were driven to illegality by the dumping of subsidized American farm products (corn, rice, tobacco, sugar) under NAFTA, they should be given one strike. The second time they are caught: death or life imprisonment, preferably served in a Mexican prison under the prisoner exchange program. Why should they have luxury cells, kosher food, TV, tennis instruction, high pay for prison labor, etc.
As for the ID card and me: I carry a wad of $100 bills instead. Nobody has ever refused one instead of an ID card. And nobody ever will.

R U Insane? I'll never carry a national id card, because I have the right to refuse to. I have my birth certificate, social security card, college id, military id, drivers license, and a platinum card or two, so I believe I have enough identification. If need be, I'll show you the title to my car (paid off 100%) and the lease to my apartment.
If you scared squirrels run out to get some facist ID card, then you might as well line up for the microchip stamped in your head or hand...kinda like the book of revelations...anyone read that one? Line up, get the mark, then you can work, buy and eat. NO THANK YOU.

All it's going to do is make life even more difficult for the poor and homeless... the natural-born citizens who never had a chance to get identification and already can't vote. It's a real problem... and tracking our whereabouts is an unacceptable invasion of privacy.
Not that I'm against the concept of a national identification, they exist here in Argentina where I'm living now and it's not a serious problem, but they do all they can to make sure everyone can get one. In the U.S. they will make it too difficult.
Seems Andy is rich. Andy, I wouldn't accept your $100 bill.

I'll be damned. I always thought that the mark of the beast would initiate in this country. Once again our country will be reaching in our pockets for another hair brained scheme like the damn border fence. Im sorry but they will still come here. There are plenty of people and companies that will pay them in cash. The only thing that will work would be to annex the entire of mexico to us as a new state.

The national id act is just the next step in the U.N. taking over the U.S.A. and turning it into a land of oppression and tyranny.
