Can she fly into or interior the U.S.? that's your question? The TSA brokers are actually allowed to instruct unlawful extraterrestrial beings over to the immigration government at airports. If TSA detects that she's interior the rustic illegally, they might call immigration to return to understand her. in case your pal violated the immigration rules the final time she became right here, why might immigration enable her returned into the rustic so as that she could do it returned? as a manner to flow into the U.S., an alien desires a valid visa. Hers is expired. Do you think of extraterrestrial beings with expired visas are able to flow into as though their visas have been valid? If she overstayed her final era of admission, she not an extremely stable candidate to acquire a clean visa.

I wouldnt risk it either, the money she spend's for the flight she should be spending on getting her paper work taken care of for her legalization in the USA. "Hey" or drive the Car. Maybe that's the advise you should tell your friend. They also will ask her at the airport for some sort of ID since she is flying domesticly.

Yes! she can fly. Nowadays, domestic travellers are required to show ID. She needs to show her passport (not expired)
Niecy, you can call all you want, but do you think INS would care about your call? They have better things to do.LOL. You can have ICE there when she arrives? Funny, are you the boss? if not, they wouldn't care for some illegal-hater making dumb phone calls.

Let me know her flight details so I can have ICE waiting when she arrives.
Tiffani, do you know what INS (which is actually called ICE now) does? It is their job to find and deport illegal aliens. So how do they have better things to do? It would not be a dumb phone call. They have a phone number specifically for reporting illegals. Don't address me again until you know what you are talking about.
