Am I the only one who knew when we invaded Iraq that Iran was next then Syria ? Not Saudi Arabia gthough because there is too much of a good and profitable business tie between them and the bush family.Maybe we should finish one illegal invasion before we start the next.

Its almost like a saturday night live skit.
We invade Iraq, screw that up so we move on to Iran thinking we will do better but then we will screw that up.

Maybe the US is looking for a reason to use the H-bomb.

Specifically in the air force. I see that when you join up at 18, you start as the lowest of the low and a true maggot. This is for any service. Any way, I saw with a bachelor's degree I can become an officer if I get accepted into the Officer's training school. The pay is much higher I believe, and the benefits are amazing.

Are there any pro's to enlisting at 18?

the Bush administration has recently passed policy that allows corperations to dump quadrouple the amount of many (not all, but most) toxic chemicals and so long as they are under the new standard they do not have to report the amount they are dumping or how they are intering the environment (air, water, whatever) as they have had to do since the Clinton administration. All opinions are welcome.

the marine recruiter told me that if u dont meet the weight requirement, that there is something called a weight waiver to let u still enlist. does that go for all the branches in the military, like the navy? can u still go to boot camp even if u dont meet the weight requirement? even if your not fat, you can still lose the weight when u go to boot camp.

As an example. Because aside from the skills and general knowledge you have aquired you are effectly a completley new individual. In the example of unknown white male if he had killed someone years ago, perhaps even commited manslaughter and didn't know it but only recently had forensics been able to prove that he was responsible then why would he have to stand trial? Could he claim a new birth certificate? Or perhaps a death certificate leaving himself as the beneficiary to his own stuff should such an event occur? To ad he was able to prove he wasn't faking as medical evidence showed something up on a cat scan.

Please read the details befoe answering.

If the government controls health care they will also be granted full access to your medical records. This will be necessary to determine claim payments and validity of care. It won't be long before they compile real statistics which draw conclusions about what is good for your health. After all your health will become an issue of public concern at this point because your care will be funded by tax dollars. The city of New York is banning transfat. Transfat is bad to be sure, but are we not adults who can make decisions about what we consider best for our health. How long would it be before you are told what kinds of food you can eat and even more importantly where you can eat those foods, based on a standard set by the government about what best serves the public interest. Now I realize this is an extreme position, but it is intended as a thought experiment. Feel good solutions and well meaning legislation have a tendency to go to far.

to be a good president I am also finding it difficult to believe so many smart people who call themselves conservatives still do not recognize his failure in pushing the conservative agenda forward.

Where is the smaller government and controlled spending?

Where are the policies of destroy the enemy swiftly and without haste?
Where is the end to pork barrel spending the dems have been gulity of for decades?

Where are the true fiscal conservative values we so desire in a president?

I am sorry, it's not enough for me to accept him simply because he cut taxes and opposes abortion and gay marriage. He has had ample opportunity to do so much more, but has failed us who supported him for sooooo long.

We are working on a Power of Attorney, a Will, and a Durable Designate for Health/Medical Care. Neither she or I can afford a lawyer so we are obtaining legal DIY forms for notorizing. Any other forms she needs that we don't know about? Is there something for guardianship/conservatorship or is that all covered in the 3 forms we already have? We need to get anything and everything in writing while she is still able so that when she is unable, her wishes will be in writing and legal and (hopefully) followed. Just making sure we have everything covered so that she and her future are protected as much as possible. She has no estate to speak of, other than clothing, some furniture, pictures (my brother conned her out of her home but she still lives there and has a document signed by him to be able to live there until her death). Declining health she needs help to stay at home or come live with me, don't want her in a "home" or brother disposing of what little he has left her. Thanks
