the Bush administration has recently passed policy that allows corperations to dump quadrouple the amount of many (not all, but most) toxic chemicals and so long as they are under the new standard they do not have to report the amount they are dumping or how they are intering the environment (air, water, whatever) as they have had to do since the Clinton administration. All opinions are welcome.

I'll have to read up on it. It of course depends on which chemicals. "Toxic Chemicals" is a term thrown around way too much these days.

Thank you for the link. I did some research on this. I think all of the states that are suing the EPA over this have done the right thing. The courts only issue is what science is behind the term "toxic".
This is just another example of an attempt by the government to try to snow us and hide information from the public....sad given Bush's good record on the environment.
