Nobody answers because they don't want to do someone's homework entirely for them. I will tell you WHERE to find the answers but only because I remember what it's like to be under water with too much homework.
The answers to the first 7 questions are in the constitution itself. "How Chosen... Today?" can be found in one of the amendments to the constitution, and if you paste key words of your last question into Google, you'll find an answer. Don't be layz!
