My car was towed from my apartment complex a week ago, although it had all permits, registration etc. The management company has now agreed to have the towing company return the vehicle, but is now saying we were cited weeks ago (lie) but still gives us no reason why. I would like to know what legal standing we have regarding missing work, distress and pure inconvience with having to deal with the whole situation.

I keep hearing from conservatives that comments critical of Bush and the war are what's causing us to fail over there.

I just opened a mail from the City of Boston. I was surprised and shocked to find an overdue ticket Violation in the amout of $60. The Reason: Double parking. I have never ever got a ticket in the location mentioned, and also never got the original ticket to pay. My girlfriend lives on the same street in downtown Boston, i usually pick her up by double parking the car, staying in it, and putting the flashers on like all other cars waiting to pick up some people.The whole thing does not usually take more than few minutes... It is really unfair! and now they are increasing the fine because they have not recieved the first payment. PLease help, what do i do? Do i appeal it? what do i say? Will they believe me if i say that i never got the original ticket?!

im being dead serious, i think if i took political science for a few years and know enough to know how to run as president, that i could honestly make wiser choices over hillary clinton. That is her stand on running the governent, and i probably could come up with that when i was a 13 year old. I can tell that she doesnt like war, nor do i, but she has the wrong view about it ,and, terrorist could attack our main country because she isnt willing fight.
