Why Just State Troopers ??
What About County Mounties ??
Or City Beat Cops??
Some Say They Are Not Trained
To Enforce Federal Immigration Laws
Hmmm ...
My Response To That Is
WHAT Special Training Does It Take
To Go To Home Depot
And Ask For A Green Card Or Identification ??
If Someone Who Is SUSPECTED To Be An ILLEGAL ALIEN
Is Arrested For Any Reason
Why Isn't His / Her Immigration Status Checked
As Part Of The Booking Procedure ??
Reasonable Suspicion
Some Will Cry "Racial Profiling"
I Say It's Law Enforcement
Law Enforcement Is NOT Racism
To Answer Your Question

ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS
Should Have The Ability To ENFORCE THE LAWS

Yes if they weren't breaking the law they would be called legal citizens not ILLEGAL aliens. Consider the keyword there being Illegal and ask yourself again. Should a state trooper be allowed to arrest someone breaking the law?

yes they should. if they work for the law then they should. here in Alabama, the gov Riley said starting next year the state troopers will be able to hold the illegals until immigrations get in there to get them. i think it's great.

Most definitely YES. Troopers are supposed to be upholding the law, I would say arresting an illegal alien is upholding the law.

I thought it was the job of state troopers to arrest people breaking the law. So yes, they should be allowed and required to do so.

Cock combating (besides the shown fact that a misdemeanor) is a worthwhile employer for criminals who take part in it. it may usher in as much as $30,000 funds a week as unreported income it relatively is a legal if income isn't stated to IRS to take out taxes and social secure practices on it. IRS has already stated that they do no longer care the place or how one gets their money. They do care besides the shown fact that, if taxes and social secure practices are owed yet no longer paid on the income. canines combating is the comparable way. besides the shown fact that i hit upon it a merciless and inhumane thank you to handle animals for "entertainment" or playing, neither of those crimes are completely or completely illegals who're in contact in them. i know why they might desire to euthanize the roosters whilst they have been conditioned to this form of medical care. Why no longer in straightforward terms have the roosters butchered and wiped sparkling rather and drop them off at a venture to feed the hungry rather.

Of course they should... they are suppose to protect and serve.
ALL law enforcement officers should join in and arrest these criminals, but as there isn't any money in it, they REFUSE.
Remember they get money from "speeders", "jaywalkers" and "drug bust"...but it cost the police departments to arrest illegal aliens, because there isn't any monetary fine for being here illegally.

Yes! Silly me! I thought all law enforcement officers would/should enforce ALL laws of the land. In all honesty jurisdictional divide should stop when addressing an Invasion from a hostile nation like Mexico, that represents 90% of the Illegal criminal invasion.
