I'm not gay, but I have several gay friends. They all claim that that is just how they are - that it is genetic. They find it rediculous that republicans discriminate against gays and won't even allow them basic rights.

Do republicans not understand that someone might be different than themselves??

Charles Range, Dem from NY, actually said he wants to instate the draft to keep politicians from being so quick to go to war. Is that their plan? Lol, drafting to fix the war in Iraq? What a guy! Your thoughts on the matter please...

Let's think here- One president had a steamy sex life.

One president initiates a bloody and costly war on false premises, approves court policies of unconstitutional spying, kangaroo courts, torture, and wire taps.

At least bush has good values!!

Newsweek states : The chance of iraq having many al qaeda radicals is almost nonexistent-85 percent of the population are shia's and kurds - Both of these are against al qaeda, and generally keep al qaeda out. There is no alqaeda link"

First it was the nonexistent WMDS.

Then it was the nonexistent tie between al qaeda and iraq.

Now bush claims we are spreading "Democracy."

I must ask, whyy not spread "Democracy" in cuba?!?

Oops, I almost forgot, cuba has many allied nations including russia and china. Cuba has no oil!

i think that women should not be able to take a babies life just cause she was irresponsible. i know accidents happen like a condum breaking but if you arent willing to take that risk then you shouldnt be having sex. i think you should at least deliver the baby and either try to raise it yourself or give it up for adoption. i use to think that a woman has the right to do what she wants with her body, and i still do. but there is also an other body and an other life growing inside of you. you blame the government for trying to take control of your body and not giving you rights but you are doing the same thing to the baby. HOWEVER i do think that a woman should be able to get an abortion, if there is complications in which the mother will die giving birth, or if the baby is expected to be born with a horrible disease or very badly disfigured which causes it to suffer. anything else is murder

i also think that the fetuses who have to be aborted for the reasons i mentioned should be...

So it looks like they're going to try to pass this. Hopefully, it has no chance in passing but who knows. I have to think how ironic it is for them to bring this all out AFTER they were just re-elected.

What do you think?
