A Judge states that the DA and defense must turn in their motion to supress the evidence 15 days prior to the trial. It has been over a month since he placed the order. The defense turned their paperwork in prior to the the judge's 15 day trial deadline. The prosecution has been six days late? Will this case get dismissed or is it likely that it will continue heading to trial?

When can and how difficult is it for an enlisted man to get a slot for airborne school? I'm looking to enlist soon, and airborne is one of my main aspirations. Yet, at the same time I'm also considering the marines, and was curious about airborne.

my husband and i staring seeing a pcyhothepapist for marital problems and the receptionist told us they took our insurace and our only out of pocket expense would be a 15$ co-pay. But she didn't realize my insurance was a different branch of the one they took and it did not cover the full session. so six weeks went by before they realized it and sent us a bill for 800$ what the ins. co. did not cover. It was their fault for not checking what kind of ins. we had and letting us know what our total cost would be before starting sessions so i don't feel it's our responsability. Thier taking us to court now are we responsable or is it their fault?

Do people understand the consequences of losing or "cutting and running"?

Iran will take over the oilfields in the south and the rest will split into a collection of terrorist spawning rogue states.

We need 500,000-750,000 troops on the ground ASAP to guarantee victory.
