is it an indiana law that in a kitchen ( resturant ) it is illegal to wear earings at all?

It isn't law, but I've worked at different restaurants (in Indiana) that have different policies. Where I work now (Outback Steakhouse), we can wear whatever earrings we want, but at other restaurants, I couldn't wear anything that dangled. At Chi Chi's, my earrings had to be smaller than the size of a quarter.
