In Afghanistan women live in cages or are locked away in rooms all day. Do you believe that because they are weaker in strenght they too have a smaller brain.

Stronger can be validated in a lot of situations by the use of strength tests, which is probably due to physical differences and procreative functions.
Smarter is subjective and is not as easy to validate or prove. Although it can be said that more men are famous in fields that intelligence can be proven, this does not mean that women were not involved in the process.

Men are on average only about 5 points smarter than women on average, meaning that men with average IQ's and women with average IQ's are in the same range of intelligence. It isn't enough of a difference to put them in different IQ categories. Saying men are smarter, is an exageration because the man with the 120 IQ and the woman with the 115 IQ are both in the "above average" category. His slightly higher IQ does not make him a genius and her an idiot. In addition, more women score within the average range, with very few being geniuses and very few being retarded. Most are average and above average. In other words, normal. Men tend to have more of a variety in IQ scores having both more higher scores in the genius range and more lower scores in the retard range. Making them not normal intellectually or socially. So I wouldn't use any presumption that men are smarter on average to mean that men are intellectually superior or more normal than woman, because any one who has studied the topic knows better. Men have more gray matter, but women have much more white matter. Men have higher math scores. Women have higher verbal and social scores. It all averages out. Even the dumbest sexist should know that the intelligence of a woman compliments that of a man and she shouldn't be silenced or kept in a cage.
Men are usually stronger than women because of the hormone testosterone that is secreted at puberty. This is the hormone that allows for the increase of muscle mass. Active males are on AVERAGE about 30% stronger than the average woman. However, unhealthy men, inactive men, older men, and prepubescent boys are not necessarily that much stronger than their female peers. In addition, there are more differences between white men and women than there are amongst men and women in other racial categories. There are also more differences between men of other races and women of other races (ie black men being stronger, on average, than white men and so forth). One more thing affecting strength is pollution which causes a form of estrogen to build up in the body causing both men and women to develop reproductive problems and a decrease in strength. So testosterone increases strength and estrogen decreases strength in people in their child bearing years.
Men and women have the same needs and wants and vary by individual. There are more differences between individuals than there are between the races and the sexes. So it is better to think of all people as human and afford all humans the same rights. Just as all men should be equal whether rich or poor, genius or slow, healthy or unhealthy, etc...so should be all women.

Stronger yes, there is no denying it for the most part, but smarter? You need some proof if your going to make a statement like that.
