If someone was charged with say, assault and battery, would it be the prosecutor's role to investigate the case, or would it be the plaintiff's lawyer's?
What if the defendant claims that there is an accomplice to the crime? Who is responsible for looking into that?

I never really hear anything good about communism in my community, nor do I really know what it is. Based on what I've read from Animal Farm, it seem that it has right motives but wrong users. I don't really know, and If I'm wrong, please correct me. Can someone explain it to me. Thanks!

ON the Glass front doors, it is POSTED that All minors are NO LONGER ALLOWED INSide after 2300 Hours (11:00 pm) to buy anything at all. They said ADULTS is ok to shop inside the store. I asked why and the Clerk said due to minors Stealing from the Store or words to that effect, they no longer be in there.

We would have to eliminate the right of people to randomly sue their doctors. Insurance companies would go broke. And even the poor could get treated for serious diseases. What are the down sides to this again?

A chilling communiqué from the Shiite-led "Badr Brigade" has appeared in Alliraqnews. The message warns of an agreement between the Sunnis and the "Anglo-American occupation forces" which threatens the continued dominance of the Shiite-led government. Leaders from the Badr Brigade" intend to intensify their attacks on all "public offices and institutions", to "neutralize the activities of journalists, media and intellectuals", to undermine "any attempt to rebuild the Iraqi army", and prepare for "an armed confrontation" with the enemy.

Has Jesus asked you to spill blood? Has Jesus asked this of anyone? When Peter smote the temple guard with a knife and struck off his ear, defending Jesus from arrest by the way, did Jesus praise Peter or rebuke him? Did Jesus strike the temple guard dead with bolt of lightning, or did he heal his wound?

If Jesus is the Prince of Peace, exactly who is your prince? Could it be, oh, I don't know.....SATAN????!!!!

Some background:

Sam Walton, founder of Wal-mart, was a fine man. He was humble, treated all employees with respect, stocked primarily Made in America products, and provided value to his customers by saving costs through innovative management of the store's supply chain.

Since his passing, Wal-mart has come under fire for mistreating employes, hiring ilegals, stocking cheap Made in China products, ruining small businesses, and now... well, read the followin stories:

Restoring "Christmas". After snubbing Christmas in years past, Wal-mart is now [begrudgingly] reintroducing the term.

Until publicity drew attention to it, they were promoting a corrupting book to young teenage girls:

There are more articles on that website. The question is, will you give Wal-mart your business?
