And I'm asking about legal minorities...mainly African Americans

I was just reading Henry Kissinger's comments and I respect his opinions. I would hate that almost 3000 soldiers have died in vain and I don't want the country to go to hell as soon as we pull out! This is not about Bush either. He may be out of office and we still be fighting over there. Now Charles Rengel is talkin about reinstating the draft. What's the answer ?!

This would include military dead from all causes (disease, accidents, et al), not just the personnel killed in action.

While the Democrates cleaned our clock guess we deserved it I guess but Right off the bat what prominent Democrate, man of color wants to "re-instate the draft." He will be in position to make that a reality, wasn't that what the republicans were accused of thinking about doing? I think all you 18 to 38 year olds should check it out, the republicians are fighting it but are a minority now and I don't know how far along it has gone just heard it. In other words your age group are having your rights hijacked and being forced to serve instead of a family, college whatever your choice etc..Since all quotas for volunteers for the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force at present and past has been met. not ONE republician ever said we need a draft Period! Now before they can heat up their chairs you hear crap like this!! Tell me what do you think? Thank You

People are so obsessed with being PC that it causes any debate to fall into idiocy now. A personal example from my stint in the army:

A soldier with a drinking problem (laugh now if you were in the armed forces) who got ripped and attacked myself & another with a knife went unpunnished and my friend was given an artical 15 for saying "That crazy Mexican tried to kill me" when we reported it to the MP station. When I inquired why PFC Perez was never even brought in, I was told I would be charged with inciting racial discord if I pressed the issue any further.

Turns out, he was the only Latin soldier on the post to get put in for an ARCOM (low level smiley face type medal) in over a year and taking it away would have caused problems since a complaint had been made about that situation. Never mind I had a knife wound and 16 stitches to my argument.

Where are we going if we throw-out reason and fairness for the APPEARANCE of these things?

Considering what we know today, about the yellow cake uranium documents being a fraud that disprove Saddam ever had nukes in his possession and the fact that Iraq never had ties to Al Qaeda.

And the continues death toll of Americans and Iraqi civilians that would never exist had we not invaded that country.

Considering this knowledge do you republicans still support the initial cause of the war even 'tho it was based on fallacious claims?

If you knew this before we started the war would you still support it then ?

I wanted to go on a walk and take pictures with my camera and my grandma wouldn't let me. She told me that someone would call the cops on me. Is she being unreasonable? Is it against the law to go on a walk and take pictures?

Is it because most of them are people of color and Hispanic that you hate them so much? Because I'm pretty sure that if they were Europeans you wouldn't care.

Voters of America is an establishing organization that is growing everyday. With the proper financial funding, the organization will have no limits to success. There are fees that are required in the establishment process, and it has taken a few thousand dollars out of my own bank account, and I am now left with nothing. If anyone can help me continue in finalizing this organization. It can lead to benefits in the end. Your name will definitely be mentioned on our website.

Voters of America is a non-profit organzation dedicated to increasing politcal participation in America.

We will inform the people why it is important to exercise their right to vote. A society where the majority of the people are apathetic and unpatriotic will lead to the downfall of the nation. When it comes to being politically active, it isn't only dealing with voting.

The Clinton administration claims that it can bypass the warrant clause for "national security" purposes. In July 1994 Deputy Attorney General Jamie S. Gorelick told the House Select Committee on Intelligence that the president "has inherent authority to conduct warrantless searches for foreign intelligence purposes." [51] According to Gorelick, the president (or his attorney general) need only satisfy himself that an American is working in conjunction with a foreign power before a search can take place.

Attorney General Reno has already signed off on the warrantless search of an American home on the basis of the dubious "inherent authority" theory. [54] The actual number of clandestine "national security" searches conducted since 1993 is known only to the White House and senior Justice Department officials.
