The amount as penalty for disorderly conduct is very minimal because it is a simple misdemeanor.

It depends on where it's issued. Most states allow Cities to establish their own bond schedule within certain parameters. In my home town (in Oklahoma), Disorderly Conduct carries a maximum fine of $144 and/or 10 days in jail (People are seldom sentenced to jail time for it).

It's a misdemeanor, so in my state it can cost you up to $1,000 and up to a year in the clink. The fines don't usually cost that much though. They are usually between $100 and $300.

Hopefully enough whereas you will think twice about being disorderly in the future.
