I am looking to purchase another firearm this time a Jericho 941 also known as the baby desert eagle 9mm... I am also looking to get a CPL to carry it... I was wondering tho... how much merit would a persons lies have if they were to say i pulled it on them and I had not... cuz they noticed the form of my shoulder holster.? please any help is appreciated... it is important for me to carry tho I just dont ever want to be in a situation where someones lies could land me in jail... i have never been arrested or accused of any crimes... just a normal upstanding citizen with some enemies that may kill me... thanks again.

Children were entrust to a male carer by wife without the husband's knowledge. While the wife was away, the carer took photos of nude kids during bath. Disk was found in wife bag by husband. Wife claimed it was taken unintentionally. Husband was very concerned and outraged as the children were unable to defend themselves. The wife and carer may have affair but without evidence. Can the disk content be used as proof to sue the carer?

A male was convicted of a sexual offense against a minor under 16 yrs of age, he has 2 young granddaughter who are currently living with him due to their mother not being able to stay on her feet, isn't there some kind of law against that?

I live in Michigan and I got a nonsense parking ticket for a one hour violation where there was no one hour sign. This happened back in September and I have been ignoring it. Yesterday they sent me a letter in the mail saying that my licenses can be suspended in 14 days if I dont pay. It also says that a warrant can be issued for my arrest and that they can refuse to renew my licenses. Can they really suspended my licenses for a parking ticket?? I have never gotten a moving violation so how can they do this??

Question: about the SCRA (formerly known as SSCRA) - Creditors are supposed to drop your interest rate on any consumer debt (i.e. mortgage, credit cards, etc) to a 6% max cap. When I deployed, I contacted my mortgage company, and a few creditors..One however - Wells Fargo Card Services refused to drop the rate (the dropped it for two months, then doubled it to recoup the interest). When I returned from deployment, I spent an hour with them on the phone they flat out refused to reimburse the interest.

I called JAG, and they told me since I was reserve they could not help. I have since just paid off the card - but it boils me because I know they do this to servicemembers that aren't in the position to just pay it off. I met all the criteria to instate my SCRA rights (even with ten yrs of service I make made a fraction of what I do on the civilian side).

We are talking about the principal here - this is a violation to those that serve. What can I do? Who can I write to?

The Government will of proved to the public that it is honest and staunchly law abiding.

The Police will of proved to the public they can 'get tough' and investigate politicians, not just persecute motorists.

So, it's a winner all round (apart for the taxpayer of course)

Also imagine that there are about 20 kids in your class and 8 of them a bullies and cause problems for everyone. YOu are the biggest strongest kid in the class. Would you take action against they bullies when they are roughing up the weaker kids?

"Training for the GM rating is thru formal instruction located in Yorktown Virginia. A Gunner’s Mate requires skills in electronics, mechanical systems along with hydraulics. GM ‘A’ School is currently 10 weeks of formal training. After ‘A’ School most graduates immediately attend specific equipment/system specific ‘C’ Schools"

Are children getting out of control because with all the laws now about childrens rights there is no effective way left to punish them at home or at school .it has never been so bad as with this generation they think they can say and do as they please .and do you think it might be another case of this goverment passing laws and not thinking about the consequences?

I have worked for my employer for 10 years and now they are asking for medical details, they say they do it every year to update the records but i know i never have been asked. I do have a medical condition my site manager is aware of it, ive never taken time off sick with it.

I am living on a small parcel of land, where the person who has just left (he bought a house) lived without any problem for 15 years !! Its down a quiet lane, off a bridle path. There has been a small caravan on the site for a long time (10 years +) I want to put a nice little log cabin on the land, and live self sufficiently. What planning problems am I likely to face.
I am NOT a gypsy, or traveller, just someone who has lost just about everything due to no fault of my own, and I now need to start again. I have enough money to build something small, and live in harmony with the countryside with my dogs and cats.
I hope to start a small rescue centre for strays, and maybe commercial boarding to make some money to cover costs etc.
ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
The land is approx 6500 sq m (1.3 acres)
I want to put a small kennel block for my doggies, and a small 4 berth caravan to start with, and then if I can get planning, maybe a small 60sq m log cabin
