i seem some optimistic dudes and duddettes who think immigrants will keep coming if an amnesty was granted .

those dudes and dudettes think that a new legalization would be needed in the future .

so i must assume than those dudes and dudettes think America will still be a great country in 20 years .

so will they keep coming just as they think ???

As Americans, should we continue to?

Have an Open Door policy regarding immigrants and terrorists?

No, Not all immigrants are terrorists, But do you feel as a country we need to be more protective of who and what we let into the US? Open Borders, student Visas, and such allow too broad of a spectrum. Tell me your thoughts.....

Why do Nazi's & Neo-Nazi's worship a dead man?

Now, I'm not a person who gets irrational about Nazi's. I do have to ask though, why worship a person who after so much achievement, lost the plot and wasted all the hard of work of recovering Germany?

Do you support the War and the Troops?

Ok, I did buy into that "I support troops, but not the War" BUT: I was in the war. Granted not on the ground. But Us Navy. Not any more I have seen the light per say.

So, If soldiers are WARriors, they are trained to do a Job. Which is fight another Army, terrorist, etc. etc. How can we allow this to be said?

It is not similar to: I support IBM, I just dont like computers?

Just my thoughts, what are yours?

Details on a defendant's right to withhold incriminating information?

Let me get this straight. If you are convicted of a crime, you don't have to give any imformation that would held the proscuter's case.

And the defence lawyer has the same rights. He or she would be incriminating their client if they gave up certain imformation. Even if the client told things to the defence lawyer about a murder or such.

BUT I HAVE ALSO HEARD that the defence lawyer can't hide certain imformation from the court, and be held in contempt.

What is held back from the court and what isn't? What rules apply?

Sorry for my poor knowledge of termenology. Law & Order is all I have to go off of. :)

Oh yea of little faith... Do you all really think we Pro-Americans of YahooAnswers are the only ones against "ILLEGAL" immigration. I truely believe that the citizens of our nation are sitting around at their dinner tables, talking about the same concerns we are. The majority of the U.S. thinks the same way we do. Just like no one saw it coming when the Dems took over the House & the Senate... It will happen the same way with the illegal immigration situation. If the Dems won't listen to the people of America (citizens that is), then we will vote another party in... Maybe the "Independant party"!...lol...What do you think???

Do you think that California should tighten up the laws concerning child molesters?

I am writing an essay that is a Persuasive or Argumenative one. My stand is that if we tighten up the laws on 1st time child sex-offenders, that there will more than likely be no chance or opportunity for them to commit a 2nd crime/offense; due to the strict punishment of the 1st offense.
Even if I was not a victim of child molestation myself, {at age 6 by the deacon in my church at his home}, I still would nor could tolerate nor condone this behavior and I feel that anyone that is "sick enough" to be attracted to a child needs to be locked up to begin with. Disagree? Let me know! Thank you for your help!!!!!

Loose dog killed our cats...?

We have three outdoor cats whick we had for over 12yrs. Today, out cats were viciously attacked by two loose dogs and were mauled and killed. What, if anything, can the dog owners be liable for? Do we have a lawsuit?

I don't think so, they need to show respect for the U.S.
