I'm no expert, but from what I've read:
The Bell SuperCobra has been a mainstay for years; a very good aircraft! It's older, but still in use...that tells you something right there about it's adaptability and reliability. The Apache is far more advanced...but also has far more reliability and technical issues.

There are different styles of helicopter fighting so it kind of depends. For instance, the Apache Longbow rules when it comes to night fighting against armored vehicals. It is also poor when it comes to plunking guys off city roof tops. That's because it can't attack from both sides at once or the rear where somebody can launch a missle at its blind spots. It also can't move troops. That's why the U.S. uses the black hawks and super stallions as complementary vehicals. The Hind is good, although not even Russia can't really afford them and are probably now out of service due to cost.
The Mi-28A/N Havoc, A129, Tiger, Cobra and Rooivalk helicopters probably have very similar performances.

The most powerful helicopter is probably the Apache but the best attack(and fastest)is the British Lynx helicopter.
