Not even the God we liberals do not believe in anyway.
Even though if you thought about it ~ how could things this great on earth be so random as to happen without a God and all on it's own?

Thank god I am an atheist...

Just joking.

As a Christian, I am sure much of what I believe would be branded as liberal or conservative.

Real Christians:

-don't support abortion.
-are opposed to the death penalty
-believe giving is more important than receiving
-do not lie
-seek peace
-do not steal
-do not worship false idols like ipods or Brittney Spears
-Do not covet their neigbor's wife, or cheat on their spouse
-pray to God and believe Jesus Christ is the way to life everlasting.

The random bit - yes, that always made me wonder. Could you find a pocket watch in a rock, forced together by nature alone? We're much more complicated than that.

Why is it that Democrats who protect all citizens' rights do not believe in God? What is with the stereotype? There are Atheist and gays who are Republicans you know.

I lean towards Democrat and I believe in God. I also believe we shouldn't force others to believe in what we believe in. Let them make that decision for themselves. If we force someone, they tend to rebel. Take a look at what has been happening over the past six years. The conservative Christians have been trying to force this country to live by THEIR rules. This is part of the reason you have such a divide in this country. The Puritans came to this country because they couldn't practice their religion in England. This is what this country is about - freedom of religion, and that is what Democrats do, but that doesn't make them all Atheists.

Maybe if God used smaller words we liberals could understand what he is saying. It is so hard to see through the haze of smoke and disappointment that is our life though.

You are quite stupid! I am sorry, but I could not think of another word that would express it better.
Everyone has some one who tells you what to do!
Your Parents start it. Then Authority Figures such as Police, Teachers, Doctors, your employer, etc. You really are never in a position where some one does not tell you what to do, until you DIE, and then you may be very sorry that you are a Liberal!

some unlucky human beings only used the welfare gadget for a hand up in a time of choose for, extremely than a handout. For those human beings, i do no longer think of you begrudge your spent tax money. the human beings who use welfare as a handout are an fullyyt distinctive remember. certainly those form of individuals are the dredge of society. If the handouts end, they could be extra apt to rob and thieve to get what they choose for, extremely than get a job. In that admire, the welfare money they receive is extra reasonably-priced than the tax money it may value to seize them, prosecute them, and abode them in penitentiary. In the two case, in spite of if the money is a hand as much as help somebody down on their success or charge to avert crime, it extremely is money nicely spent.

boy, you don't sound like a liberal . . . . because most liberals i know beleive in god and also don't mind following rules. they just beleive that its a good rule not to get religion and secular politics intermixed because it has so often lead to tyrany and oppression.

then again, most liberals i know beleive in a god that has commanded equality, compassion, generossity, peace, mercy, and brotherly love. most conservatives i know claim a beleif in the same god, but are all about policies that hurt the poor the most. and of course - they are a blood thirsty lot, if their love for the death penalty and war are any indication

The one about killing - that's cool - but when I can't check out my neighbor's wife or steal his Jaguar, well that's restricting my pursuit of happiness just a little bit too far.

Liberals - gotta love 'em, eh?
