I think that most people (not all) are really some of both even though they don't admit it. They don't choose to be one or the other they just are conservative or liberal due to their thinking.
People should try to see both sides of the coin and make decisions according to the facts they see before them.

I was a liberal that got educated with the Gore/Bush campaign,I am now a proud conservative republican.Thanks Al you changed my life by trying to kick out the votes of the military.Everytime he talks he changes a dem to a republican.

First, you have to understand that these present day conservatives are nothing of the sort. A true conservative believes in limited government, balanced budgets, strong laws against corruption and a disdain for hypocrisy. The exact opposite of the present administration.
