A chilling communiqué from the Shiite-led "Badr Brigade" has appeared in Alliraqnews. The message warns of an agreement between the Sunnis and the "Anglo-American occupation forces" which threatens the continued dominance of the Shiite-led government. Leaders from the Badr Brigade" intend to intensify their attacks on all "public offices and institutions", to "neutralize the activities of journalists, media and intellectuals", to undermine "any attempt to rebuild the Iraqi army", and prepare for "an armed confrontation" with the enemy.

Nice article. It is hard to know what Bush's policy is, except to destroy Iraq while "saving it." One might easily suspect the main goal is the oil and to profit from weapons and Halliburton contracts along the way. We don't get any accurate information here in the states, so we don't have clue what is happening there. Keep the information coming so at least we have something to chew on while Iraq is turned to rubble and the genocide continues. We can only hope that things will improve with Bush losing support in the election, but neocons have got many believing in the bomb first and ask questions later philosophy. We'll have to wait and see.
