A Judge states that the DA and defense must turn in their motion to supress affidavits 15 days prior to the trial. It has been over a month since he placed the order. the defense turned their work in prior to the the judge's 15 day deadline prior to trial. The prosecution has been six days late? Will this case get dismissed or is it likely that it will continue heading to trial?

The trial will more than likely continue on schedule. The Prosecution may be precluded form introducing any affidavits because they did not provide them in a timely manner.

It could also mean they didn't have any affidavits in the first place that they wanted to admit.

the case might be refiled , they wont dismiss it~they want their lb. of flesh
